Connect with talented, ambitious, and dedicated students!
The Career Development Center (CDC) offers employers access to our Norse-Recruiting online job posting/recruiting/resume referral system. This system allows employers to post jobs directly to the NKU site and students to apply online for these positions. Employers can also post an interview schedule for on-campus recruiting. These services are free to employers once they have contacted The CDC to have a profile created. Employers with existing accounts can go directly to our Norse Recruiting site.
The CDC also successfully connects employers with students through the cooperative education program which includes paid internships. We help employers create a co-op program, fill an existing co-op position or simply discuss with you the benefits of utilizing a co-op in your organization. Our staff is willing to come to your company to talk to you about the opportunities that we offer. We also encourage employers to schedule a visit to our center to sit down with one of our staff members to discuss which services would be most beneficial to your company.
